Acorn Media, “curators of the best Brit TV” (TIME), has just reminded us of "Man of Steel" Henry Cavill's early role on "Midsomer Murders" as the cheeky Simon Mayfield.
Unlike in his Superman role, the clips find Cavill in a devilish display of behaviors expected of any youth-cut-loose. Photos and clips are linked below of the saucy star in The Green Man (Season 7, Episode 1, Nov. 2003) as he gets attacked by a wild animal and is an animal himself in other ways.
